چکیده

Let Π be an ergodic simple point process on Rd, and let Π be its Palm version. Thorisson [13] proved that there exists a shift coupling of Π and Π; that is, one can select a (random) point Y of Π such that translating Π by −Y yields a configuration whose law is that of Π. We construct shift couplings in which Y and Π are functions of Π, and prove that there is no shift coupling in which Π is a function of Π. The key ingredient is a deterministic translation-invariant rule to allocate sets of equal volume (forming a partition of Rd) to the points of Π. The construction is based on the Gale-Shapley stable marriage algorithm [2]. Next, let Γ be an ergodic random element of {0, 1} d , and let Γ be Γ conditioned on Γ(0) = 1. A shift coupling X of Γ and Γ is called an extra head scheme. We show that there exists an extra head scheme which is a function of Γ if and only if the marginal E[Γ0] is the reciprocal of an integer. Dynamic Recontracting Processes with Multiple Indivisible Goods∗

We consider multiple-type housing markets with strict preferences. To capture the dynamic aspect of trades in such markets, we study a dynamic recontracting process as introduced by Serrano and Volij (2005). First, we analyze the set of recurrent classes of this process as a (non-empty) solution concept. We show that each core allocation always constitutes a singleton recurrent class and provid...

Comonotone Pareto optimal allocations for law invariant robust utilities on L 1

We prove the existence of comonotone Pareto optimal allocations when decision makers have probabilistic sophisticated variational preferences and thus representing criteria in the class of law invariant robust utilities. In contrast to previous studies, we show that optimal allocations exist also when decision makers have very different preferences, for example characterized by different domain...

Optimal capital and risk allocations for law- and cash-invariant convex functions

In this paper we provide the complete solution to the existence and characterisation problem of optimal capital and risk allocations for not necessarily monotone, law-invariant convex risk measures on the model space L, for any p ∈ [1,∞]. Our main result says that the capital and risk allocation problem always admits a solution via contracts whose payoffs are defined as increasing Lipschitz con...

A Dynamic Recontracting Process for Multiple-Type Housing Markets∗

We consider multiple-type housing markets. To capture the dynamic aspect of trade in such markets, we study a dynamic recontracting process similar to the one introduced by Serrano and Volij (2008). First, we analyze the set of recurrent classes of this process as a (non-empty) solution concept. We show that each core allocation always constitutes a singleton recurrent class and provide example...
